Home & Garden Solutions - an AAC Capital portfolio company – acquires sunshading manufacturer Sunmaster Nederland

Amsterdam, January 5, 2021 - AAC Capital and the management team of Home & Garden Solutions, formerly known as Outdoor Living Group, today announce the acquisition of Sunmaster Nederland, a producer of sun protection solutions. Sunmaster will continue as an independent subsidiary, alongside the existing brands Verasol and Gardendreams. With this acquisition, the turnover of Home & Garden Solutions will increase to almost 80 million euros.

Sunmaster has been a leading manufacturer of high quality outdoor shadings for almost 50 years. The company is one of the largest professional business-to-business suppliers in the Dutch shading market, with a national dealer network of specialist shading dealers. The Sunmaster product range consists of folding arm awnings, drop-arm awnings, screens, roller shutters and external venetian blinds.

The headquarters and production facilities of Sunmaster are located in Nijkerk. The company realises a turnover of almost 12 million euro and has approximately 40 employees. The management of Sunmaster will remain the same after the acquisition.
